Any online bookings done on the Wolf Portal  after November 7, 2023 will NOT show up on our new EMR system, so please  STOP using this system to book or cancel appointments.

For online booking, please note there are 3 types of bookings: In person,  Virtual via telephone and Virtual via Zoom.

Please make sure you are booking the for the right appointment type that you would like. 

For In Person Days( T,W,F): We accept bookings for in person visits ONLY 

For Virtual Days(M,Th): Please select either Telephone or Zoom

Please note certain types of appointments can only be booked by phone.

(Baby Immunizations, Pap Smears, IUD Insertions/Removals, Physical Exams, Drivers Physical Exams, and Minor Surgeries)
